Pay attention for your projects in their whole life cycle!
Our client has increased suddenly his orders by more than 50% after obtaining a huge volume German investment. However there were some items with negative contribution margin in the almost 1000-side-requirement book but the total contract margin seemed OK. After a half year cash flow problems raised. After having the project examined, it turned out that they continuously overperformed the items with negative contribution margin, while the call of cross financing positive items hadn’t reached the plans. Knowing these results, for our client convenient arguments were available to make an arrangement with the main contractor and to follow the realized and planned calls daily or weekly on the base of the improved Project Monitoring System.
